Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid for scheduled consultations or plan deliverables booked directly with us. Third-party charges (bank fees, travel you arrange) are not refundable by us.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• More than 48 hours before a confirmed session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or free reschedule once.
• Within 48 hours: one reschedule without penalty; otherwise up to 50% of the prepaid session fee may be retained to cover reserved time (proposed).
• No-show without notice: prepaid session fees are non-refundable.

Plan deliverables

If you cancel a tailored management plan before analytical work begins, we refund prepaid amounts minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. After draft delivery, refunds are partial and based on work completed; we discuss amounts in good faith.

Non-refundable items

Completed sessions, delivered written plans, and rush scheduling surcharges (if quoted) are generally non-refundable once provided.

How to request a refund

Email info@logic-sequence.store with your name, booking date, and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days (proposed).

Deposits

If a deposit is required to hold a slot, it follows the same cancellation windows above. Deposits apply to the final invoice unless otherwise stated in your engagement letter.
