1. Scope
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit logic-sequence.store or send an inquiry about household budgeting and cash-flow planning services. It is written for visitors in Thailand and follows the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) framing.
2. Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone number, and message text you submit.
- Cookie choice: a stored preference indicating accept or reject (see our Cookie policy).
- Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data; we do not use that data for profiling or advertising on this site.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

4. Where inquiry data goes
Submissions are sent via HTTPS POST to /api/inquiry on logic-sequence.store. The handler stores messages only so staff can reply by email or phone. We do not sell inquiry data or share it with ad networks.
5. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete earlier. Cookie consent strings remain until you clear site data or change your choice via the cookie settings control.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us using the details below. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
7. International transfers
If you contact us from outside Thailand, data may be processed on servers located in Thailand or where our hosting provider operates, with safeguards appropriate to the service.
8. Security
We use TLS for form submission and limit access to inquiry inboxes to authorized staff. No method is perfectly secure; please avoid sending account passwords or full card numbers through the form.
